When you book a free discovery call we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, optional message, and the time slot you selected. We also record that you consented to this processing and when you consented.

Why we use it

We use this information to schedule your call, confirm details, and follow up about the discovery conversation. Automation tools (for example email workflows) may receive the same booking details solely for that purpose.

Text messages (SMS)

If you call our business number and we miss your call, we use your phone number and the time of your call to send you one automated text message about booking if you press 1 during our call prompt. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

Booking and lead records are retained as long as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate business or legal obligations. You may contact us to request access or deletion where applicable.
